I do not remember my Customer Center username or password. What should I do?

You can reset your password by using the Forgot Password link at login.ellucian.com. For other assistance signing in, contact csenablement@ellucian.com.

I am an Ellucian employee, but I cannot sign in using my Customer Center account. How should I sign in?

Ellucian employees must sign in using the Ellucian Employees sign-in option, which will use internal Ellucian authentication protocols.

I just activated a new Ellucian Customer Center user account, but I’m getting an error message when I try to sign in to the Ellucian Training site. What should I do?

When you activate a new Customer Center or Partner Community account, it may take up to one hour for your access to the Ellucian Training site to be granted. During this time, you may see an error message when trying to access the training site. Please wait at least one hour and then try again. If you continue to see the error message please contact elearningsupport@ellucian.com.
